No-show & late cancellation

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (“no shows”), will result in a $70 fee (taxes included). Any missed lesson will only be rescheduled once the fee has been paid.

Valid permit or licence required

Accepted Answer

Students must have their valid driver’s permit or driver’s licence with them for every lesson. If the permit or licence cannot be produced or delivered within 15 minutes of the lesson start time, the lesson will be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation, with the applicable fee charged.

Prepayment

At the owner’s discretion, students may be required to prepay for future lessons following a late cancellation or missed appointment.

Question 4

Refunds: online training portion

Accepted Answer

Refunds for the online training portion of the program are not available once access to the online learning portal has been provided.

Question 5

Refunds: in-car training

Accepted Answer

Payments for in-car training are charged on a per-lesson basis, and students are only responsible for the sessions they have booked and completed.
